This policy explains what data SMM Raja collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.smmraja.com and the SMM Raja panel. Effective date: 13 July 2026.
Account data: the email address and username you register with, and your password stored in hashed form. If you sign in with Google or Telegram (both optional), we receive the basic profile identifiers those services share for authentication.
Order data: the public social media links you submit with orders, order quantities, timestamps and statuses. We need these to deliver and support your orders.
Payment data: deposit records — amount, method, timestamp and gateway transaction reference. Card and wallet details are entered directly with third-party payment gateways and are never stored on our servers.
Security data: IP addresses and basic device information from logins and requests, used for fraud prevention, abuse detection and account security.
We use your data to operate your account, deliver orders, credit deposits, respond to support tickets, prevent fraud and abuse, and send service-related notifications. We do not use your order links or account data for any purpose unrelated to providing the service.
All payments are processed by third-party gateways (card processors, PayPal, UPI providers, cryptocurrency processors and regional gateways). Your sensitive payment details — card numbers, wallet keys, banking credentials — go directly to the gateway over encrypted connections and never touch or persist on SMM Raja servers. We retain only the transaction record needed to credit your balance and handle disputes.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and theme. We use Hotjar for anonymized usage analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. Optional sign-in integrations (Google sign-in, Telegram login) set their own cookies only if you choose to use them. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; core cookies are required for the panel to function.
We retain account, order and deposit records while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Security logs such as IP records are kept for a limited period and then rotated out.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Data is shared only with the processors necessary to run the service (payment gateways, hosting and analytics providers) and when required by law.
You can access and update your account details from your profile at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, open a support ticket from your account — we will process the request and confirm, subject to records we are legally required to keep (such as payment transaction records).
